| 1994 | TRAX elektronik was founded by three partners-graduates AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow,
Faculty of Electronics, Automatic and Electrical Engineering: Andrzej Moryc, Mariusz Tomecki and Leszek Turczynski under the name:
PPU TRAX elektronik Civil Law Partnership located at 31 Obo¼na street, Krakow. |
The formation of the company was a result of join between two civilian business partners: "Trax" and "TTM elektronik" having a very similar profile of activities and cooperating with the Krakow University of Technology since 1989.
| The first weather stations were developed in acordance to the guidelines of the Institute of Hydrology Department of Environmental Engineering, Krakow University of Technology and the Institute of Meteorology and Water Management.

*The first road meteorological station was installed in Poczernin. Because there was no specialistic software make it possible to acquire the data remotely, the station was directly connected to a PC via serial port.

Development of dispatcher software based on a diagnostic model delivered by director of ZOM (Road Administration Department) in Warsaw. The application is analyzing real-time measurement results and uses weather forecast.
The possibility of modifying the algorithm and supplying it with new parameters (sensors) makes the software fully customizable.

Accomplishment of: - Highway A4 section: Wroc³aw - Legnica - Krzywa (88 km) - Highway A4 section: Wroc³aw - Nogowczyce (162 km). |
Both systems systems consist of road weather stations, traffic measurement stations, weighing stations, cameras and variable message signs displaying weather and traffic parameters.
